VPS / Cloud Services Performance issues across NVME VPS-platform

We're currently experiencing performance issues across our NVME VPS-platform due to reduced power redundancy across the datacenter. The source of this failure has been identified, and measures are taken to restore redundancy.

In order to guarantee the stability of the remaining power-feed, all NVME hypervisors have been clocked back to reduce power usage.

  • Redundancy of the power feeds has been restored, and the additional stability measurements during the outage have been reverted.

    VPS / Cloud Services Rack outage in Serverius DC1

    We seem to have a power or switch cluster issue in one of our racks at Serverius/KoloDC1. An engineer is on his way to datacenter to look at the issue. Affected physical servers: <10

  • One of the access switch cluster members failed and locked the switch cluster up. The failed access switch has been taking out of production. Everything is back online now.
